Based in the picturesque harbour town of Stromness in the Orkney Islands, "Fletts" were established in 1876 and are the last surviving traditional butchers on the islands.

Winners of Retailer of the year at the Orkney Quality Food and Drink Awards in 2002, E Flett butchers were also nominated for the retailer of the year at the BBC Radio 4 Good Food Programme Awards in 2002.
